a question from a newbie

Hiya, I've been to a few ashtanga yoga classes in

the past, but now that I'm in a little town for

college, I don't have the same resources... Do you know of

a good video I could use to practice along with for

the times I can't get back home for a teacher-led

class? Any info would totally help!

Powers leading a primary class on Maui. Like the other

Sewell archive videos, this is a document of an actual

class. I also like some with Pattabhi Jois, but you

don't get the continuous guidance in English as with

other teachers. There is also one of Tim Miller leading

a primary class. I bet it is good but I have not

seen it.
