Guest guest Posted June 5, 2001 Report Posted June 5, 2001 Alan - I've seen BEAUTIFUL photos by you from Kovalam/India on your website, at http://www.alanlittle.org/Gallery/India/index.html . Well done!!

Somehow though, I miss the Yoga. Didn't you take any pictures from Lino Miele's workshop? (Actually, I've spotted only one, Lino twisting in marichyasana.) Quote
Guest guest Posted June 5, 2001 Report Posted June 5, 2001 Thank you.

My website (like everything) is a work in progress and I will be posting more pictures there. I do have a whole roll of Lino practicing third series, some of which are quite good, plus some reasonable class shots. I'll consider posting some of those too - although before I'll put them on the photography section of my website, I have to be convinced that they're interesting for non-yogis to look at too. Quote
Guest guest Posted June 5, 2001 Report Posted June 5, 2001 "Lino twisting in marichyasana.)"

Actually, it's paripurna matsyendrasana! Looks similar to Marich d, but way more challenging. Quote
Guest guest Posted June 6, 2001 Report Posted June 6, 2001 Screwgee, thanks for correcting me! I overlooked that Lino is actually holding his right foot on the other side of his left knee. So the twist is paripurna matsyendrasana, not marichyasana D.

Ahem.

Well, I do first series only, which sometimes leads me to think Astanga consists of nothing else but yoga-chikitsa postures...
