True. I`ve had J. Scotts book along with me on my

travels many a time. Another travel friendly book is Lino

Mieles- astanga yoga . Good for its accurate recording of

the counting method/ Full vinyasa but the photos

aren`t as precise as in the other books.<br>Worth

getting though. Check out Linos video it is excellent !
