Guest guest Posted April 4, 2001 Report Posted April 4, 2001 can anyone give me reviews or recommendations of a good ashtanga video? i've been practicing yoga (mostly iyengar) for about a year, but want to try ashtanga. there are several different videos out there (richard freeman, david swenson, etc.) but i'm not sure which to try. thanks.
