Dafoe mentions that he practices "astanga yoga, 6 days a week." Don't run out and buy a copy, because that's all he has to say on yoga.<br><br>Seems a shame to me that YJ and the other yoga pablums I mean forums can't get interviews from any of these people. I wouldn't know him if I tripped over him.<br>I'm not disappointed that he and other celebrities don't endorse ashtanga in YJ and other press, Screwgee. When ashtanga ceases to be so fashionable I will plan my trip to Mysore. Quote
