Guest guest Posted March 10, 2001 Report Posted March 10, 2001 In one of my earlier posts I mentioned the need for a larger yoga shala. According to yoga online magazine one is on the way :

"Despite his fame, eighty six year old Patthabi Jois still operates from the same small yoga shala he has used for twenty years, although a new yoga shala being built in the upper class suburb of Gokalam will cater for classes of 50 students at a time".

http://indigo.ie/~cmouze/yoga_online/yoga_online.htm.

50 at a time !!!! This should reduce waiting time! Quote
Guest guest Posted March 10, 2001 Report Posted March 10, 2001 Interesting. Does anyone know where Gokalam is in relation to Jois' house? Thanks Quote
Guest guest Posted March 10, 2001 Report Posted March 10, 2001 BTW, I think the URL in yogapunk's post is not at all correct. Try this one:

http://indigo.ie/~cmouze/yoga_online/Mysore.htm Quote
