Guest guest Posted January 26, 2001 Report Posted January 26, 2001 Does anyone know of a good teacher in the Sarasota-Venice part of Florida? I might be moving there soon, and a larger town might have more to offer in that department. Believe it or not, I've been doing yoga for about 20 years, but have only taken lessons for about 3 years (non-consecutively) from teachers without any kind of teacher training! Going to class would be nice- you really get much more than looking at books or even videos. Plus it makes you want to practice more at home! Quote
Guest guest Posted January 27, 2001 Report Posted January 27, 2001 I heard there's a place called "Body & Soul" that has ashtanga classes. Quote
