Guest guest Posted January 1, 2001 Report Posted January 1, 2001 Can anyone recommend a tape to do at home for practice? I have noticed several on the market. Which one seems the best? Quote
Guest guest Posted January 2, 2001 Report Posted January 2, 2001 I don't use tapes, but David Swenson's audiotapes & videos are highly recommended for Ashtanga Yoga home practice, and several people on this board seem to use them. They can also be used in connection with Swenson's book, which covers Primary and Intermediate Series. Quote
