Ashtanga in New Orleans

[Guest guest]

Homer's mathematical peregrinations take him to a

conference in New Orleans this January 9-13 (several

thousand math types in one place -- major geek alert) and

as always he is looking to visit places where

ashtanga is happening. Ashtanga.com lists no teachers in

New Orleans -- does anyone know if one has recently

arrived or if there is a practice group in the

area?

Peace and Good,
Homer

Hi Homer -

Check

www.neworleansyogacenter.com -- there are several "power yoga" classes, and it

may not be on the schedule yet but there will be a

full primary series class on wednesday evenings

starting in January. If I remember correctly, the teacher

Sean Johnson has done teacher training with the

Swensons.
