fever and yoga

Hi,<br><br>I was wondering if anyone of you has

experience of doing ashtanga yoga when having fever. I've

had very little fever for weeks now, something that

isn't officially (by medical doctors) defined as fever

because there's so little of it (37 Celsius). I've had no

other symptoms. However, I know that this is not my

normal body temperature and it also makes me worried. So

I have been skipping yoga classes for a month now

but really would like to start practising again. I

just don't know if I should.

Sometimes practice can move things through your

body more quickly. Sometimes it can make things worse,

but as I was talking to a friend yesterday, generally

it makes it better. I would skip it if you are

extremely ill, but it seems to have been going on for a

while. I think you need to try it out. Your body will

let you know. Sometimes you never know what your mat

brings until you go there.
