But if you've recently moved to the North West you might want to check out workshops with a couple of very good teachers in Manchester - Mike Nevitt and Granville Cousins. <br><br>Mike's phone number is 0161 445 8560, and Granville's is 01706 853 894. Both of them are impressive yoga practitioners, good teachers and extremely nice guys. Mike is either about to go or has just gone to spend a few months travelling in the States, but if you are around for a while you might catch him when he comes back. <br><br>I'm not living in Manchester at the moment, but I spent the first couple of years of my astanga career there, and I count myself lucky to have had the chance to learn with teachers like Mike & Granville.<br><br>Regards<br>Alan Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
