Guest guest Report post Posted March 13, 2000 I'm just learning the 2nd series, adding one asana at a time as I can. Kapotasana is presenting a real challenge! I definitely have tightness in my back, and am much stronger than I am limber, in general. I also just feel I'm not going about it in the right way mentally.
