I make progress, get into Marichyasana D, and then soreness and stiffness comes back and it's start all over again, taking months to get back to where I was. What's the general recommendation for openning this kind of problem area? Hold Marichy B for a half hour a day on the stiff side? An hour? <br><br>I'd appreciate any advice from your (or others) experience.
