Guest guest Posted December 20, 1999 Report Posted December 20, 1999 Hey PerlGrrl,<br>I live in Victoria and there is a free yoga practice space you can join us at on Tuesday mornings from 6:30 - 8:30am. There's no instruction but a few of us are doing ashtanga if you're looking for people to practice with. The address is at 1240 Yates Street, Victoria. There's also a really good ashtanga instructor who comes over from Saltspring Island named Peter Bennett. He's also a Naturopath and can be reached at his clinic at 250-544-4331. He been offering a drop in class in Saanich (about 30 minutes from Victoria). Email me if you have any questions. Quote
