Guest guest Report post Posted November 13, 1999 I am relatively new to the club and to ashtanga...by joining i was hoping for some insight into different postures. <br><br>In up-dog, (like i said, i'm new and not familiar with the Sanskrit names yet) i've been told that the inside elbow areas should be facing each other and not forward.
