according to BNS he adapts the sequencing taught

him by krishnamacharya to the needs/capacity of the

individual. comparison of my experience with him and that of

friends would bear this out. although he made a

distinction between primary, intermediate and advcanced

postures he did not separate them into different series.

each day you start the alphabet as he called it at A

and progess through as far as you could go until he

supplied you with more posture/letters and your practice

gets longer&longer, sweeter&sweeter. or should that be

sweatier. enjoy.

1/ Yes, his classes are very

individual.<br><br><br>2/ BNS Follows the principal of vinyasa

teaching<br>the series as appropriate, based he claims on<br>what

Krishnamachar taught him. eg Generally<br>he will only require

Marichasana AB&C in first<br>series if asked why not do "D"

he will ask why<br>not do FGH... also<br><br>3/

There are Many teachers in and around Mysore<br>worth

studing with - Venkatesh is quite popular<br>amoungst

Jois's students.
