Guest guest Report post Posted May 4, 1999 I started practicing Ashtanga Yoga regularly in November using Beryl B.'s Power Yoga book. I have noticed that everytime I raise me arms on an inhale and am bringing them down to sama-sthiti for example, they are full of noise and cracking. As well, in extended triangle posture, my right hip has a tendency to pop quite a bit. I wonder if this is normal,if it will eventually work itself out or even if I possibly don't have correct alignment and that is the cause. Any suggestions? Thanks...
