Guest guest Report post Posted April 5, 1999 Hello everyone!<br><br>I was just wondering if anyone had any tips / comments on the jumping the legs through the hands part of the vinyasa in sitting position.<br><br>I can go from sitting Indian style, back through and end up in push-up position but cannot go from down-dog, forward through my hands into sitting while keeping my legs straight the whole time. I can do the jump through if I cross my legs into indian style in the air and then straighten them when I'm through but feel like i'm cheating that way!<br><br>I am more than strong enough to do it but think that maybe my arms are too short (or legs too long).
