I too have a question about the Khadgamangala stotram. My mother had

gone to the Devi temple of Mahasarasvati Mahalakshmi Mahakali in Goa

which we manage. She showed this Mantra to the Brahmin pujari who does

the Puja in the Temple , the print out of this stotra , which I had

taken from the net , after a member of group pointed

out its importance to me in private discussions( THAT IS THE ADVANTAGE

OF THIS GRP YOU COME TO MEET ESTEEMED AND KNOLEDGEABLE MEMBERS). The

Brahmin was very happy to get that Stotra, he said that it was not

available to him and he was searching for it.He said that those elder

Brahmins who know this stotra do not give it to other Brahmins due to

jealously.

But along with the stotra he said that he wanted there should be a

Japa( a specific japa that must be done with the stotra)which was not

there in the print out.Can anyone help?

Hi,

Even I will be thankful if someone can shed light on

this.

I noticed that in the khadgamala.doc posted by Kochu

Sir (Files section, inside 'kochu' folder) immediately

after the stotram there follows a naamavali called

'caturththyantakhadgamalamantrah'. Could the Brahmin

be referring to this? (This same mantra follows the

khadgamala in lalithaarchanachandrika english.doc,

page 169 found in the same folder).

Can someone who knows this please help?

('Kochu'ji/'DB'ji ?)

Thanks,

Ram

chathurthyanta khadgamala is the namavali. The other one is the stotram.

Namavali is normally used for archana.

Re:Lalitarchana chandrika, i noticed a lot of spelling mistakes. I am proof

reading and correcting. It is almost over. as soon as possible I will repost
