universe. The energy in a plant or crystal is shakti. Our life force

is shakti. As the universe breathes through its movement, as it moves

through its unceasing unfoldment and enfoldment, the phenomenal or

material aspect of our world holds its place in the great chain of

becoming. The energetic aspect of that is shakti.
