My apologies for not responding to your kind words sooner. I think

your observations are invaluable -- not only are different people

drawn to different aspects of Devi; the same people are drawn to

different aspects at different points in their lives and development.

 

It seems like such a simple truth, but I don't know that I've ever

seen it expressed -- let alone so beautifully.

 

It's nice to hear that my efforts to keep things cordial aren't *too*

terribly ham-fisted. I don't want to muzzle anyone who wants to speak,

but I don't want too much loose-cannonballs flying around either.

 

It's like the old "freedom" parable: A person's freedom to wave

her/his fist around ends where their neighbor's face begins.
