:) dear harsha, the gita states that each person has his/hers own

unique way to god, his/hers 'religion'. it transpires, accordingly,

that as many people - that many religions. thus there is no single

religion called 'hinduism'.

 

the hebrew call their religion "the religion of the fathers: abraham,

itzhak an yaakov"; the muslims call theirs "the religion of abraham";

and because of the above i call hinduism "religion of adam"...
