Guest guest Report post Posted June 9, 2001 Hi Joyce, I joined this list yesterday upon hearing that Harsha had asked the members speaking about their experiences with me. I make Enlightenment available in dialogue meetings, over the phone, on the Net -- wherever. I sought for 30 years, and was practising yoga by my accord at the age of 5, around that age my cousin decided to be vegetarian! After following seriously following several teachers only to see their organisations explode, and disappear, and seeing many visiting teachers, I concluded that enlightenment did not exist. When I did Awaken - at 5am in the morning, I actually said "I think I am enlightened" and my partner, a long time student of the late Jean Klein, said "I thought you were going to say something like that." It's all a bit of a mystery and its on-going. Others have woken up around me, and there are plenty of stories about people's strange-but- true experiences. For me, it's not surprising anymore because reality is not fixed. It's just a bit of mystery, i.e. why this is all happening. I don't fit any orthodox categories, but I'd say I am in the Ramana Maharshi line, as long as we recognise that it doesn't exist! Orthodoxy, and advaitic divisions, have been created by the unenlightened. Teachers don't fit into categories. For example, some will say "You can't say 'I am enlightened' because that means that there is someone there to be enlightened". But you can say it. Here, look --> I am enlightened! Our last meeting was not too long ago at NDS where I suggested that your practice of subscribing people to your list without their permission was unethical. Is this now in your past or does that still continue? Please clarify and comment. It was something the logic of which was not fully grasped by me. I would appreciate your current views on the ethics of that matter and discussing it before proceeding. I mean are we all in danger of having our e-mail addresses having to take another ride. I realize that every guru and teacher must find its flock somewhere Dave. Here, we eat enlightenment for breakfast and have gurus for lunch and what we do for dinner you will have to find out. Now I know where to to find Enlightenment and who can make it available to me, on the Net, over the phone is always good -- wherever. LOLOLOLOL!!!! Dharmaaaaaa!!!!! Never heard of the Maharshi-line? You get long distance enlightenment phonecalls for "no-thing". Doesn't get any cheaper than that!! Dave, man... that was indeed super fast... Do you think that thoughts go with the speed of light...? Fantastic, I just think that Tony is enlightened (you don't know yet) and he is, wow! Is it important for him to think so too, or can we dispense with that. Do I need to phone him or will you do that? That is really good about Tony, because we were looking for a replacement for him and I think you fit the bill... at least I think so. Wim and Dave!!!It should be interesting as to finding out why these 'realised souls' are bothering so much with the internet, and a desire for chinese food. Dave isn't an ordinary one even, he is in the line of Ramana Maharshi. That's the problem without a sadhana and a science one gets to the plane of laya and thinks one is awakened. Or has a momentarily samadhi whilst walking down the street, it happens. It happens all the time between thoughts anyway. I was enlightended before 5 am in the morning but I don't KNOW it yet. Your powers are not to be underestimated, Harsha. When you mentioned my name, I was impelled to run over here and speak of my sudden realization of being nothing special. And I found that all around me, people suddenly are losing track of their accomplishments. I know I am indeed nothing special, because people ignore me wherever I go! I also realized that I have the power to make people nothing special. I don't even have to do anything. See? Isn't that amazing? At the moment there are roughly 7,000 people on my list, 99% have been 'forcibly d'. We did it to save their souls..it was a small price to pay...and we don't even send them anything!!!
