    Namaste. I have read on the internet that too much time around electronics like the computer is not good for Vata people as it imbalances the Vata dosha. How long should a Vata person (my nakshatra is Purva Bhadrapada if that helps) spend in front of the computer per day? The reason I ask is because I currently live with my parents (I'm 18 but haven't left the house yet) and I usually spend my free time gaming or on the internet. I have noticed a reduction in anxiety after cutting down on time spent at the PC. I also have eczema (for which I'm currently getting ayurvedic treatment). My eczema, anxiety and OCD all started when I got my computer, could excessive time in front of the PC be the cause for these illnesses? Thanks in advance.
