Hi all! I am wearing an ekamukhi rudraksh. My mother presented it to me. I wear it everyday. But, I really have no idea of what it can do for me or what I must follow. I eat fish once in a while. I don't eat any other form of meat. I heard that one is not supposed to eat meat,drink alcohol or smoke tobacco when wearing a rudraksh. Is it true? I would like to know the do's and dont's of wearing this rudraksh. With warm regards, Aparna.
