Namrata initiated World of Yoga in Goa, in 1999; as an institution that could spearhead a change... in the way people perceived health & fitness; at a time when little was known or practiced of Yoga in Goa. World of Yoga is one of the first organized schools of Yoga that focuses on using this science for managing stress & giving relief to people with chronic psychosomatic disorders.

World of Yoga, Goa imparts both theoretical & practical training in the techniques of Yoga to individuals, educational institutions & corporates.
