Jyotisha( astrology ) is considered to be a part of Vedas. But none of the spirituality persons like Lord Krishna( in his Geetha), Sri Ramakrishna, Swami Vivekananda, Sri Aurobindo, Sri Ramana or Mahatma Gandhi ever make a mention of this science. Can anyone throw some light on this paradox?

In his Rajayoga, Swami Vivekanda makes a strong point not to allow any application of Prana from external sources on our body and mind which he warns bring degeration and dependency. Where do his views stand with respect to Reiki and Pranic healing?
