Swami I have been witnessing the infinite light within all matter and can also see this light emanating from myself is this light the self as i percieve it to be and also I had this dream the other night that i was floating in light and i looked down and had no body i would love and cherish any information you would be kind enough to grant me .

I was wondering what is the method by wich one could view past lives.As this would give me insight into my karmic influences and assist me in correcting past wrongs.
