I read somewhere that it is Om again (as for Ajna). Some don't give any mantra possibly because Sahasrara is beyond name and form, it is the highest stage?

I read in one book by Swami Chinmayananda that - chant mentally but as if you are chanting loudly, keep on increasing the tone mentally and when you reach the peak at once stop chanting. Then try to absorb yourself in that silence. Am curious if anybody here follows this technique?

Namaste, I am also a practitioner of some KY practices. Though I am not in a position to answer your question I am also interested to know details and nature of this worship. Few months back I read few books on the subject but they didn't contain any details of the worship. Can u please tell me how you do the worship? Om Shanti
