Hi all, Mars is considered deblitated in cancer but its position is 4th and 9th from its own houses so if its strength is high(shadbala) then what will be the results for leo lagna.?? I have a very interesting chart with me. In this chart mars is debilitated and the lagna lord is exalted in the house of mars.
