Can someone please explain what it means when you feel an energy pass through you. I get this a lot when I pray to Mataji (normally Randal Maa). The energy seems to get stonger and sronger. I normally block all the sensations or stop this feeling from progressing as I am not sure what it means. I know it's not a bad thing, but I am still a little scared of the unknown. Can someone please help? Has anyone else had a similar feeling? Does it mean that you are on the correct path and that your prayers/meditation is being listen too?
