While mastering the physical and mechanical nuances of it is a simple job and not much to worry about it but it is ABSOLUTELY necessary that u need to learn it from a guru. This need to be followed to the LETTER. And as for the process in itself is a life changing experience and it is sure to bring about a change in your outlook towards everyday life. I was a skeptical, Science believing 16 yer old kid when I walked into the program . Believe me Sadhguru slowly but steadily demolishes any misnomers by pure and solid logic. I wouldn't want to miss the program even if I can learn the Mudra by myself!!! It is too out of the world to miss.
