Is there no remedy for this ,

Hi My wife is suffering from this chicken gunya thing , with severe joint pains and fever , it takes 20 minutes for her to get down from bed in the morning .Even swollen joints often. She is using paracetamol , but its of no use , how can I help her releive her of this disease , I cant stand her seeing in so much trouble everyday . Anybody has cure for this , I would be thankful to you ppl.
