Dear Sir,
Can someone advice ayurvedic medicines/cures against hayfever. I live in London and since last five years have been suffering a lot because of hayfever. Runny nose, itchy eyes and coughing are the symptoms. I have tried all sorts of anti histamines in the form of tablets. Sometimes a tablet may work while at other times it does not. I would rather prefer a way to overcome this problem by developing immunity with ayurveda than continuing with anti histamines.
