Hi All, Please help me in reducing my weight. I have tried all possible ways exercise, healthy food etc ... not nothing is working. I am suffering Polycystic ovary syndrome due to which I used to take hormonal medicines which is also one of the reason for gaining weight. Kindly help me out I am very stressed. Thanks
