Namasthe to all, I am very interested in practice of Manthras. Here my question is can one get benefit with manthra sadhana without gurudev? I mean, can I practice manthra from a book? Can I practice Tratak without gurudev? Kindly clarify my doubts. Thank you Chandra Sekhar. C
