  1. 6 am wake up 7-8 breakfast, bathing 10 - fruit 8-12 work 12-1 lunch 1-2 nap 2-4 work 4-4:30 snack 4.30 to 5:30 recreation and errands 5:30-7 evening walk 7-8 dinner 8-11 recreation 11 sleep. i'm 29 year old male, 132 kilos under ayurvedic treatment for chronic vasomotor rhinitis, excessive mental vata, excessive physical kapha, obesity and related ailments like high uric acid and blood sugar levels.   2. I have suffered from chronic sinusitis and glue ear and other inner ear infections so much that i have entered depression as a result. Im taking nasya from an ayurvedic doctor. My body type is kapha. Im 28years old, 6 feet and 135 kilos. What advice can u give me about balancing my health and mind. Should i eat more rasvic, tamsik or satvic food?
