Hi I have supinator legs...my legs are bowed...i lean more on my right leg... i really dont know what to do... it is uncomfortable... my right shoe have a hole in the heel... this freaks me out...what can I do??? it seems that my waist is heavy... can energy drills help me out??? thank you very much!!!
