All Upanishads speak the same Truth explained in Vedas- Para Brahma, the Supreme Self. The difference is only in the way they approach Truth. Therefore it is quite natural they resemble each other. Bhagvat Gita, being the fifth Veda, Upnishad Sukthas reflect in that Holy Book also
