Hi its more of a question i have recently started doing shiva ling abhishekam and puja in morning/afternoon after which i chant om namah shivaya and concentrate on the shiva ling but when i do i get this weird thing happening to my eyesight its kind of blurred black/greyish but my eyes are open is this something that happens to you during dhyana aswell or am i just a freak. thanks any advice on the topic would be grateful
