Hello, I am slightly confused on the law of karma in relation to the Hare krishna movement. Is it energy that returns to us by our actions in a former life or by are actions in this life? Kind of what comes around goes around? Or is karma simply a choice in relation to our learning experience here on earth to get closer to God, as the spiritualist religion implies? Just wondering what your thoughts are on this subject please. Blessings, Shelley.

Hello. I have just read an article that the ISKON should not be supporting the commercial dairy industry because after a cow has served its time as a milk producer, it is killed and its body enters the human food chain. My question then is, is it ok to buy and drink milk? Please excuse my ignorance, this is a new path for me. Blessings. Shelley.
