Hi, This is Roshan and i have serious anal fissure problem from last 2 years.I have tried so many medicines(Ayurvedic,homeopethic and all)But itz not curable.I am really fed up with this problem n i cant sit more than half hour .Doctors please suggest me other than medicine like yoga or somthng coz i medical has no solution to cure it. plz plz plz help me
