dear guruji,
i belong to a family which has a history of devi worship(not much rituals but believe in Devi)
however, since past four yrs i have been worshiping Lord Narayana(by reciting the Laxmi-Narayana Hrudayam), then my Guru asked me to worship Devi since He although worships Lord Narayana for the past 18 yrs, The devi(Ma Vaishno devi) came to his dream and called him to visit her at vaishno devi.
after coming back from there he has asked me to worship Devi through the mantra 'om hreem shreem hreem chamundaye namah'.
i also believe a lot in maa durga parmeshwari..
the confusion is i am unable to decide between devi and narayana because for some time now, i feel both of them are same and just different forms of the same power..
pl help me out with this confusion.
