I have been meditating, and slowly feeling a difference in my life. A positive aura is surrounding me, and I feel perky most of the time. I have friends who are not feeling so lucky. I wish to know if there are any mantras I can include for them, even if it is just a hope that they will feel better I can't ignore the way they are feeling, and yes I have been actively talking to them, but one or two are just closing themselves off.
