I get severe PMS symptoms before my periods. I have researched a lot about it and found it is linked to Pitta PMS.
I have found solutions to most of the symptoms of the problem except for sleep disturbance.
For around 15 days before my periods, I wake up between 2am and 4 am (vata time) with bad dreams. Even if sleep for longer time at night, I don't feel like I have slept well at night.
I wake up at 3 or 4 am and then I drink milk with a slice of bread or biscuit and then am sleep again at around 6 am (kapha time).
Cold any one help me with suggestions to cure my sleep disturbance problem?
