  1. Hello guys, There are definitely lots of products out there that's form sure, some effective, some not so effective. I was taking multivitamins over a long period of time in tablet form and haven't found them very effective to be honest. I'm quite involved in a local vegan club and one of the ladies there recommended taking B12 supplements in a patch form. I was a bit sceptical but it gave me so much of an energy boost and helped relieve some of the tiredness and best of all vegan friendly!!
