What you need my friend is to increase your ojas(divine energy) a deficiency in this will cause you to feel not yourself and to have anxiety and a weak willpower, Start to eat lots of ghee almonds honey and milk and even some basmati rice take these foods daily and in large amounts this will help your problem.

Im a white man 19 years old and i recently started learning about the ayurveda diet ojas and urine therapy etc, I understand ghee honey milk and almonds are very good for promoting ojas now my question is whether vitamin supplements will help to promote more ojas and in particular vitamin c? Thank you.
