Hello Anya, To reduce weight what you must do is : Do kalapalabhati pranayama in the morning with empty stomach and also cut down your full meals and drink fresh fruits and vegetable juices.Wear Pearl Silver ring in ur left hand little(small) finger which will help you to regularize your mestuation cycle period....All the best
