Hi, I am new to the forum and Ayurveda. I was wondering if anyone had any information on Kanchnar for shrinking goiters? I bought some today and plan on taking 4 caps a day. Please share any information you have about Kanchnar or any other Ayurveda herbs that would help. thanks
