I am not getting Promoted, inspite of getting good work. When it comes to promotion, somebody gets it. My manager keeps praising me for good work, but he is not promoting me. When will i get promoted. I was offered a good offer in another department. But, i was unable to accept it for various reasons. Is there a chance for me to get into different department. I am placed in very good company in USA. I wasn't promoted, inspite of a good performance review. Moreover, i have been having some sort of fear in job.
